Unitron Online - Sent me junk and won't refund my money

UNITRON-ONLINE *** BEWARE*****

I ordered two door chimes. Both were supposed to be new. One appears to have been a returned item. It was in a box for a different model and several of the plungers and springs had fallen off and were missing. When I called them about it, they told me that I had to return the item at my expense. this totally pissed me off.

I spent $18 returning the chime. They agreed that it was defective and they would refund my money. That was 4 weeks ago. Every time that I contact them they tell me that they will make the refund tomorrow - of course tomorrow never comes. And so I'm still waiting.

They send you stuff that's not quite new, their return policy sucks and they won't give back your money anyway. STAY AWAY. They're crooks.

Funny, golden1981@sbcglobal.net, but Golden just happens to be the last name of the owners of this company...sounds like one of them was trying to justify their business tactics...very poor job of hiding the truth I'd say! By the way, they're now out of business...good thing for consumers and vendors alike.

Have you ever had a problem with something that you ordered?Check other reviews elsewhere.

I'm not the only one. If there are no problems then you're happy.

If there are, you're screwed.Our Attorney's General office has escalated the issue to the Attorney's General office in their state because Unitron refuses to respond to them.

They're a terrible company and I will NEVER do business with them again.

I have had many dealings with this company, and have never had a problem with this company or have every heard of anyone having a problem. competitors always trash companies to make them look better.
